Job Description

KeyZone Home is seeking energetic Sales Executives to join our growing real estate rental team in Ho Chi Minh City.

Key Responsibilities

• Search for potential clients needing apartment or room rentals via online platforms and direct channels.
• Consult clients, analyze their housing needs, and recommend suitable rental properties.
• Organize and lead property viewing tours for customers.
• Negotiate lease terms and assist clients in signing rental contracts.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners and tenants.

Requirements

• Passionate about real estate, proactive, and target-driven.
• Strong communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
• No prior real estate experience required (comprehensive training provided).
• Must have a personal vehicle and a smartphone/laptop.
